Bake at 325 degrees. Check 40 minutes in to make sure cake is baking well and adjust time from there. When toothpick comes out clean or with a few crumbs cake is done.

    • 1 1/4 cups Cake Flour6 oz if using a scale
    • 2tablespoons corn starch
    • 1teaspoon Baking Powder
    • 6ounces butter-room temp
    • 3/4cups Sugar6 oz if using a scale
    • 3 eggs-room temp
    • 2tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons lemon zest-equivalent to 3 large lemons
    Icing
    • 1cup confectioners sugar
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
