Why the Shift?

Honestly? Because the surface stuff wasn’t cutting it anymore. I realized that true transformation doesn’t come from perfecting a recipe or sewing a skirt—it comes from doing the inner work.

For me, that growth meant discovering Quiet Strength. It’s the realization that power isn’t about being the loudest person in the room—it’s about the 10 Japanese principles that keep you grounded when everything feels overwhelming.

I’ve realized that I’d much rather process a hard day through a workout or a favorite dessert than through a bottle.
