Ingredients
  • 1bunch fenugreek
  • 1bunch cilantro
  • 1bunch spinach
  • 3 bunches parsley
  • 1large onion
  • 2 leeks
  • 1-2lbs chuck roast or chuck eye roast,veal or lamb cut into small to medium size cubes
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric
  • 4-6teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 1/2cups hot water(mix saffron into hot water)
  • 3tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4-5 persian lemons pierced
